First thing is to do a hard reset on the device to do this please follow the below instructions:
- The device is on a holder to detached from the holder you will need to push up from the bottom of the device to unhook it.
- Once unhooked you will see 2 power cords in the back of the device, these will need to be disconnected.
- Once disconnected you will need to ensure all power is out of the device, hold down the key button and wait until all lights are off (give it a minute or 2).
- Reconnect the device to the power cords you disconnected previously and attach the device back onto the holder.
