You must book a move in/move out time with the Building Manager.

The Building Manager can assist in facilitating;

• A dedicated timeslot for your move in/out
• Access to the building and instructions for you and your removalist
• Priority access and protection for the lift
• Prevent disruption to you and your removalist during your allocated move time.

You will need to book the time, complete an indemnity form and condition report for the common area pathway to your apartment. You must keep to your allocated timeslot. Failure to do so may result in you being turned away.

There are no move ins/move outs on the weekends and/or public holidays.

A move will need to be booked as far in advance as practically possible to allow us to best accommodate the desired date/time.

When moving in/out you may also need to set up or cancel your utilities
